14 NLHS Chorus Pre-Festival Concert in NLHS Auditorium 7:00
15 High School Pre-Festival Concert at NLHS Auditorium (all county bands perform, times TBA)
17-18 High School Choral Festival in Gastonia, NC
19 CIPA Competition for Indoor Percussion and Winterguard at Byrnes HS in Duncan, SC
22-25 SCDBA State Concert Band Festival in NLHS Auditorium (each day 8:00am-8:30pm)
We host again this year. Will need lots of workers and food for director hospitality.
26 CIPA Competition for Indoor Percussion (no guard) at South Pointe HS in Rock Hill, SC

APRIL
2 CIPA Championships at Western Carolina University for Indoor Percussion and Winterguard
This will most likely be an overnight trip (spending Saturday night).

NOTE: There will be additions to this schedule. Two weeks notice will be given for all changes or additions when possible.
*Winterguard rehearsals are Mon., Tues., evenings 6-9 and Thurs. afternoons 3:30-6:00 (Mondays will be dropped at some point)
*Indoor Percussion rehearsals are Tues. afternoons 3:30-6:00 and Thurs. evenings 6-9.
*Jazz Band rehearses Monday afternoons (times TBA)

Upcoming events

POSTPONED FROM DEC. 16TH DUE TO WEATHER:

Holiday Concert and Fish/Chicken Fry

TUESDAY, JAN. 4th
The fish and chicken fry will begin around 4:30 and go until approximately the start of the concert, which will feature our bands and chorus beginning at 7:00 in the NLHS auditorium.
Advanced fish/chicken fry tickets are on sell through band students now at $7 per plate. At the door, plates are $8.
Alumni are encouraged to bring their instrument and join us on stage for our traditional playing of "Sleigh Ride."
